Service 02

Web Design & Development

Websites built to be measured, not just admired.

We have been building online stores since Three18 was selling its own products through them, which is a useful way to learn what actually matters: not the homepage, but the checkout, the stock feed and the returns email.

Questions
What do you build on?

Next.js with a headless CMS for most sites, Shopify where the commerce requirements suit it. We will tell you which and why before you commit, and neither locks you to us.

Is hosting really included?

6 months, with monitoring, updates and backups. After that it is £45 per month, or you take the site elsewhere. It is portable by design and we will help you move it.

Can we edit the site ourselves afterwards?

Yes, and we train you on it before launch rather than sending a document afterwards. If you find yourself emailing us to change a word, we have built it wrong.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of fixes at no charge, then a review at ninety days against the numbers we agreed at the start. That review is included whether or not you are on a retainer.

Do you take over sites built by someone else?

Sometimes. We will audit it first and charge for the audit. If the honest answer is that a rebuild costs less than the inheritance, we will say so.

Tell us what you are trying to move, and we will tell you whether web design & development is the right answer.
